In 2003, S. Veera founded Brinda’s in the balmy island-city of Singapore. Our name means “sacred basil”, and our belief is in nourishing children and families with quality and healthy food that is value for money. Our customers and clients are family too – we put a smile on each and every one of them with our great service!

Cecil N Stephen
Head Chef, Indian Cuisine

For more than a decade, Cecil N Stephen worked in the F&B and hospitality industry in Chennai, India, where his super multi-tasking skill saw him developing menus, restaurants, businesses and festivals. In 2014, he began his journey as a Brinda’s chef. Apart from the business aspect, Cecil’s role is also to ensure our food remains top-notch, and to research on new recipes and food preparation methods.
